Come along and join us at Dalhonzie for an afternoon walk around the Aberuchill Castle area ending with watching the spectacle that is the local red kite roost. During the afternoon we will tell you all about the successful reintroduction programs in England, Scotland and Ireland.
We will watch as these majestic birds group together and make their way to their communal roosting woods whilst we enjoy a warming cup of hot chocolate. We had a new record for roosting kites during the coordinated International Red Kite Roost Count in January with 250 birds observed swooping into the roost! Let's see if we can beat that record.

Meet up at 3pm at the Dalchonzie car park or lift share from St Fillans if you can. Bring binoculars if you have them and wrap up warm.
