Aquila Wildlife & Nature CIC

Welcome to Aquila Wildlife & Nature CIC!
Based in the beautiful surroundings of St Fillans, Perthshire, Aquila Wildlife & Nature CIC offers customer focused wildlife tours, walks, training and advice accessible to all!

Our journey began with a deep admiration for the stunning natural beauty of our area and the incredible diversity of species that call it home, including the majestic Golden Eagles, scientifically known as Aquila chrysaetos. Originally founded by Andrea in 2015 as Aquila Ecology, we quickly gained a reputation for delivering exceptional nature tours and ecological consultancy services that truly celebrate our local environment.

In April 2024, driven by a passion to share this natural wonder with everyone, Andrea took an exciting step forward by establishing Aquila Wildlife & Nature Community Interest Company. This new venture allows us to expand our reach and enhance our offerings, bringing together a talented team equipped with fresh skills and knowledge. Together, we aim to inspire more people to explore and appreciate the rich wildlife around us while fostering a community dedicated to conservation and enjoyment of nature. Join us on this thrilling adventure as we delve into the wonders of wildlife!

Passionate about breaking barriers to the great outdoors! We're on a mission to support those facing health and mobility challenges, using our consultancy profits to fuel projects that make a difference. Your donations can help turn our vision into reality—join us in creating accessible adventures for all! 🌳✨ Please donate

Aquila Wildlife & Nature CIC’s overall vision is to show the wonder of nature and the beauty of a range of habitats to everyone, with the aim that all of our services Inform, Include and Inspire.

With over 10 years experience working in Ecological Consultancy, Andrea can provide a professional and prompt Project Management service for all Ecological Surveys and advice work personally and through her network of qualified and experienced colleagues, all of whom are members of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management.

We have strong values when it comes to nature and the environment. We try to minimise our impact on the environment as much as possible by reducing, re-using or recycling all office stationery and survey equipment; using only ecologically sound cleaning products; minimising the use of multiple vehicles and planning journeys and work to prevent unnecessary mileage. We also donate funds and volunteer our time to a number of conservation organisations and projects.

People who come out with us arrive as strangers, but leave as firm friends!
